Qualifications required for School Admission
- Those who have completed or expect to complete school education of more than twelve years.
- Those who want to learn Japanese in Japan. Or those who want to attend Japanese universities, graduate schools, vocational technical schools, etc.
- Those who have Japanese language abilities equivalent to N5 grade of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test, F grade of the J-TEST or fifth grade of NAT-TEST.

Admission Procedures
Submission of application documents
Please pay registration fee when you apply application form at school.
Please submit application documents during the above-mentioned application period. Please take note that the application period may be changed due to the application process for the "Certificate of Resident Eligibility".
Submission of application documents to Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice after documents examination by us.
Documents are reviewed by the Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice.
Issuance of the "Certificate of Resident Eligibility" from the Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice.
If you don't have the passport, please obtain it in advance.
Payment of costs such as tuition fee.
Issuance of the "Certificate of Admission" and the “Certificate of Resident Eligibility” to an applicant himself/herself or a representative.
Application for a visa issuance at the Japanese Embassy in each country.
The time required for a visa issuance varies depending on the country, district, etc.
